Returns & Refunds Policy

At OLYCHKA, your satisfaction is our primary concern!

We will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, credit, or refund, provided that the return is made within 30 days of purchase.

You must be completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of receipt, or it is eligible for refund, exchange or credit
Products returned for refund, exchange, or credit must contain at least 50% of original product in the original packaging. We cannot accept products with less than 50% remaining product for return, exchange or credit
Refunds/credits will be issued for the product only. Items given free or at a special price when purchased with a qualifying product must be returned along with the qualifying product to be eligible for refund or credit.
Original and return shipping will not be included, unless the product had a manufacturing defect
In the event of a shipping error on behalf of OLYCHKA, we will credit all shipping charges.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address or incomplete information, you may incur additional shipping charges upon reshipment.

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship your product(s) normally within 24 hours upon receiving the returned product.
If the item(s) you would like to exchange are on back order, you will be notified promptly.
Back ordered product will be shipped as soon as they are available, unless you elect to cancel orders of out of stock items.
There will be no additional shipping charges on back orders.
We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature (UPS, FedEx, or Certified Mail). Please retain your tracking information in case we do not receive the package.
